We strive to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Availability of items cannot be guaranteed. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Colors, materials, and sizes may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural variations in metals and gemstones.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Orders & Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and you receive a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, stock errors, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Production of each custom piece takes time. Hence, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery of your order. International orders may take longer, depending on customs.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method. Delays due to customs or carriers are beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All custom orders are final sale and non-returnable because each piece has been customized specifically for you.

Also, exchanges are not allowed for custom pieces.

7. Warranty

Yes. All Name Necklacer jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care is not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the property of Name Necklacer Jewelry and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our site, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
