Q: How long does production, shipping and delivery take?

Production of each custom piece takes time, typically between 5 to 7 days. While shipping takes between 10 to 15 days. Hence, please allow up to 22 business days for the delivery of your order. International orders may take longer, depending on customs.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges


Q: What is your return policy?

All custom orders are final sale and non-returnable because each piece has been customized specifically for you.


Q: Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not allowed for custom pieces.


3. Warranty 


Q: Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Name Necklacer jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Q: How do I take care of my jewelry?


Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and cleaning agents.


Store in your Name Necklacer jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches.


Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Q: Can I track my order?
